Launch of The Raw Society Magazine in Austin, Texas
This past weekend, we hosted our 2-day launch event & fundraiser for The Raw Society Magazine: Issue One and were overwhelmed by the support we had, both from our members who joined us from near and far, and people from Austin and other cities in Texas whose curiosity and love for storytelling led them to the event.
We sold many of the photographs that were exhibited and raised over US$5,000 for the stories that will be featured in Issue 2 of the magazine (all of which will go directly to the authors of the stories).
