Eric Elmore

I am an independent social documentary & portrait photographer currently based in Phoenix, AZ. My creative & professional interests lie in humanitarian photography & introspective portraiture. I believe in producing images with a conscience & purpose beyond myself. I strive to give sight & voice to the human condition & the conditions we create, both beautiful & disturbing, with a particular emphasis on the marginalized & misunderstood. My deep hope is profound personal awareness & social change.

Current ongoing projects include “I Am,” a documentation of the Black Lives Matter movement in Phoenix, AZ, “No Man’s Land,” documenting a predominantly BIPOC farming community in South Phoenix, & “There Is No `They,'" a documentation of homelessness in Phoenix, AZ.
